Horrible experience. The Illinois ID I received is terrible. The lamination is peeling right out of the envelope, the photo is blurry, and it doesn't scan anywhere. It feels like a cheap piece of plastic. I've tried contacting customer service three times with no response. This was a complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs.
