Maybe I got a bad one, but my Illinois ID has been problematic. The barcode is finicky and fails to scan about half the time. The hologram of the Chicago skyline also looks a bit flat and doesn't catch the light properly. I contacted support but haven't heard back yet. For now, it's been an unreliable purchase.
