Good Product Despite Delay

The Alabama ID itself is really good quality with working security features and reliable scanning. However, there was a delay in production that wasn't communicated well. Eventually received the product and it met expectations, but the process could have been smoother. The ID works great though - no issues at venues and looks authentic.
