Decent but Had Some Issues

The Alabama ID works and scans fine, but I had some issues with the ordering process. Customer service took a while to respond and there was confusion about my address. The quality is decent - not amazing but gets the job done. The hologram works and UV features are there. For the price, it's okay but I expected better customer service and faster resolution of issues.
