Expected much better quality for the price. The Alabama ID scans okay but several security features don't look right. The UV elements are weak and barely visible, hologram seems off, and the material feels thinner than a real ID. Shipping was delayed by 2 days without notice. Customer service eventually resolved issues but overall experience was frustrating.
